FANUC next-generation erosion systems

Our speciality is working with the latest generation of erosion machines, which enable us to achieve superior quality, exceptionally short delivery times and to meet almost any market demand. Thanks to a wide range of wire and electrode erosion machines, we are able to precisely machine workpieces up to 300 mm in height. Using state-of-the-art technology, we drill through-holes from 0.3 to 2 mm in workpieces up to 200 mm in height, However, in consultation with our expert staff and depending on the specific customer requirements and the complexity of the machining, parts of greater heights can also be machined – in all electrically conductive materials.

Design is carried out by highly skilled professionals on modern computers, using AUTODESK Product Design Suite as the primary platform, along with ESPRIT. Our long-standing experience, gained through many demanding projects, gives us great freedom and a broad range of ideas, which ultimately lead to solutions that deliver excellent results.

Erosion

Contract wire and electrode erosion on the latest generation of erosion machines represents one of the most significant segments of our business, and our large fleet of wire and electrode erosion machines enables high productivity and very short turnaround times. Large-travel machines combined with four-axis programming cover almost all the market's requirements for this type of service.

CNC Milling

A fully integrated CNC milling process (design, modelling, post-processing, machining) on multiple modern machining centres, with top experts and the use of high-quality cutting tools, provides perfect support for the toolroom as well as the sector.

  • Are you performing a 100% check or sampling?

    Primarily, we sample according to the control plan and the AQL methodology, and perform 100% inspection for critical characteristics or as per the customer's request.

  • Can you provide PPAP/FAI reports?

    Yes — we prepare PPAP/FAI documentation with measurements, photographs, material certificates and a control plan.

  • How do you monitor the mass production process?

    Each batch has a unique identifier; we link it to the material, machine, operator, programme and measurement reports throughout the entire production process.
